It’s going to be a big day in the transfer window for Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and more with deals for Kai Havertz, Nicolas Jackson and Guglielmo Vicario nearing the finish line. The likes of Declan Rice, Victor Osimhen, Moises Caicedo and Mason Mount are also very much up for grabs with still over two months left on the market.
Mikel Arteta is determined to sign Rice with a third bid expected amid £100million competition from Manchester City, who want assurances he is happy to join them. Havertz reportedly underwent his medical at the weekend and could soon be announced with Jurrien Timber still a top target.
Over at Chelsea, Jackson should be immediately appointed as their new striker, and a £130m push. to get Napoli’s Victor Osimhen is on the way. They will have to battle Manchester United for Brighton’s Caicedo, as a result of their refusal to let Mount go to Old Trafford for £55m. Kai Havertz has teased his exit from Chelsea this weekend.
Last night, the soon-to-be Arsenal striker posted a picture of himself with another impending Blues departure, Mateo Kovacic
“We’re ready,” he captioned the photo, before also taking part in a snap with Jorginho.
The Arsenal midfielder posted a series of eye-gazing emojis alongside the snap of them together.
The footballers were all in Marbella for Kepa Arrizabalaga’s wedding and it has been reported that Havertz’s Arsenal medical was to take place abroad.
Chelsea have been linked with a move for Manchester United midfielder Moise Caicedo
Chelsea will be able to outbid Manchester United for Moises Caicedo.
That’s according to the Telegraph, where it’s claimed the Red Devils want to sign a striker, goalkeeper and left winger will hinder their ability to sign Caicedo.
Brighton are seemingly ready to do a deal for the Ecuadorian but Chelsea, in the midst of their string of player sales, should be best placed to meet the Seagulls’ demands.
Declan Rice to Arsenal update
Manchester City want to know Declan Rice is happy to sign for them before they make a £100million bid for the West Ham star.
Arsenal are reportedly Rice’s first choice for a summer move, amid Mikel Arteta’s push to sign him as a top priority.

Nicolas Jackson is on his way to becoming a Chelsea player
Chelsea will soon announce the signing of Nicolas Jackson after he has completed a medical.
In a deal first reported by Standard Sport, the Blues have agreed to pay around £30m for the Villarreal striker.
It is higher than Jackson’s release clause but comes on more favorable terms for Chelsea, who are able to pay the fee over several instalments.
