The transfer window is in full swing with Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham all closing in on summer deals. The Gunners continue to chase Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber as Mikel Arteta aims for another run at the Premier League title.
Despite Manchester City’s interest in Rice, there is reportedly new hope that the Gunners will still be able to sign the West Ham captain. The story at Chelsea is that Nicolas Jackson has passed his medical and Diogo Costa could also be on the way, while Moises Caicedo remains a top midfield target and wants to move to Stamford Bridge.
Mason Mount has been the subject of offers from Manchester United, but they are still unable to agree a fee with the Blues, which could have inadvertently set United on the path to pursuing Caicedo as an alternative. Elsewhere, Tottenham have booked a medical for goalkeeper-to-be Guglielmo Vicario and they continue to push for James Maddison.
