The transfer window is now open and Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are all busy with deals. The Gunners have seen an opening bid for Declan Rice rejected, and are now preparing a huge second bid, and have also reportedly seen a first bid for Kai Havertz rejected by rivals Chelsea in a busy start to the summer.
The Blues, meanwhile, have agreed personal terms with Villarreal striker Nicolas Jackson and are also working to sign a new midfielder. Brighton star Moises Caicedo has been heavily linked with a number of big clubs but wants a move to Stamford Bridge, with Arsenal targeting Rice. Manager Mauricio Pochettino wants to sign Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana, although Manchester United are also eyeing the 27-year-old.
Over at Tottenham, James Maddison and Harvey Barnes have reportedly been the subject of a double bid following Leicester’s relegation, while Dejan Kulusevski is finally set to join permanently for around £25m. United have given up on bringing Harry Kane to Old Trafford, and will instead focus on Victor Osimhen, Goncalo Ramos and Rasmus Hojlund. Follow all the latest news, gossip and rumors below!

Arsenal one step closer to Gundogan deal
Arsenal have received a boost in their efforts to sign Ilkay Gundogan.
Bild claim Borussia Dortmund have pulled out of the race to re-sign the midfielder in what would have been a potential replacement for Jude Bellingham.
Barcelona remain strong rivals in Arsenal’s bid, while Gundogan could yet sign a renewal with Manchester City before his contract expires this month.
PSG are pushing for a Bernardo deal
Speaking of Manchester City, PSG have made Bernardo Silva their top priority this summer.
That’s according to Fabrizio Romano, who reported that PSG have made contact with the midfielder’s representatives to discuss personal matters.
However, no progress has been made with Man City over a fee and the Treble winners have no intention of letting Bernardo leave on the cheap.
Man City continue to push for Guardiol
Man City are making progress in their bid to sign Josko Guardiol this summer.
Fabrizio Romano reports that City are in successful talks with the defender’s representatives over personal terms, but are yet to reach an agreement with RB Leipzig.
The German club insist they will only sell the centre-back for a big fee as they are keen to keep him for at least one more season.
Chelsea stops Onana’s interest
Chelsea have ended their interest in Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana.
The Blues are keen to sign a new goalkeeper this summer to compete with Kepa Arrizabalaga, with Edouard Mendy set to leave, and they first held talks with Inter in April over a deal.
However, Chelsea will now move on to other targets, leaving Manchester United as favorites to sign a player expected to cost around £50million.
As previously reported, alternative options for Onana include Valencia’s Giorgi Mamardashvili, Dortmund’s Gregor Kobel and Brentford’s David Raya.

Chelsea approaches Jackson
Chelsea are hoping to complete a £30million deal for Villarreal striker Nicolas Jackson in the coming days.
As exclusively revealed by Standard Sport this week, the Blues are working hard on a deal for the 21-year-old following face-to-face talks and an agreement on personal terms is close.
Chelsea are moving quickly to secure the Senegalese international after he was targeted by both AC Milan and Aston Villa, while the caliber of clubs interested continues to rise after Jackson scored nine goals in his last eight LaLiga games of the season.
Jackson represents a cheaper option than both Napoli star Victor Osimhen and Atalanta youngster Rasmus Hojlund, who remain of interest.

Spurs are leading the race for Maddison
Tottenham have moved ahead of Newcastle in the race to sign James Maddison.
According to reports, the Leicester midfielder is a key target for both and the Magpies had hoped they were more of a pull because of Champions League football.
But not like that. Recent reports claim that Spurs remain the more attractive offer for a player they have been tracking for some time.
Chelsea are still keen on Veiga
Chelsea remain in pursuit of Moises Caicedo but remain interested in Gabri Veiga.
Celta Vigo youngster Veiga has been the subject of a bid from the Blues, believed to be enough to trigger a £34m release clause.
Brighton midfielder Caicedo remains the current focus, with negotiations over the deal progressing slowly.
But Chelsea are expected to return to Veiga soon, The Guardian reports.
Man United rival Chelsea for Onana
Manchester United are considering a move for Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana.
David de Gea’s contract is set to expire at the end of the month and United have confirmed they remain in talks with the Spaniard over a new deal, with a goalkeeper signing expected regardless of whether De Gea stays at Old Trafford.
Chelsea have strong interest in Onana himself, but The Athletic report that they could face competition from United. The 27-year-old has previously worked with Erik ten Hag in Ajax.
Spurs to keep English wonderkid
Tottenham have tied English prodigy Mikey Moore to a new contract.
According to The Athletic, the 15-year-old signed new terms on Friday to commit his long-term future to the club.
Moore is regarded as one of the most exciting young talents in the game and attracted plenty of interest from both English clubs and overseas.
Tying down Moore is considered a coup for the Spurs.
Huge double blow for Man United
It looks like Manchester United will miss out on both their top defensive target and their top attacking target.
Having conceded defeat in their pursuit of Harry Kane, Kim Min-jae is now closing in on a move to Bayern Munich.
Fabrizio Romano claims the German giants are working on a deal and a contract until 2028 has almost been agreed.
The defender has a clause in his Napoli contract which allows him to leave for around £50m during the first two weeks of July.
United have not yet bid.
