After a first round battled by some of golf’s biggest stars, three golfers finished Thursday with a share of the 2023 Open Championship lead at Royal Liverpool Golf Club: South African youngster Christo Lamprecht, local favorite Tommy Fleetwood and Argentina’s Emiliano Grillo.
